Steakhouses: This elegant French steakhouse and bistro might not be the first place that comes to mind when you think of Las Vegas' most succulent steaks, but it should be. Featuring a menu of Prime dry-aged and wet-aged steaks grilled under a 1,200-degree broiler, Morels serves some of the best steaks in town, like the perfectly prepared Prime Bone In Rib-Eye "Tomahawk" for Two that's carved tableside. Even when ordered medium-well, the steak is so tender it practically melts in your mouth! What truly makes Morels one of the city's best steakhouses, though, is that nothing on its menu ever disappoints. Its seasonal dishes are always splendid, like summer's Bruschetta & Smoked Ricotta and Mixed "Red Salad" & Nectarines with Laura Chanel goat cheese and a walnut oil vinaigrette.
