Steakhouses: This Las Vegas outpost of the famed New York City steakhouse prides itself on being 'the king of beef,' serving a savory selection of Certified Angus USDA beef dry-aged for a minimum of 30 days. Offering cuts both on and off the bone, the steaks are aggressively seasoned with kosher salt and black pepper, then seared and crusted under 1,200 degrees to seal in the flavor. Its 24-ounce 'Gotham' Ribeye Steak, served on the bone, is undoubtedly one of the best steaks--if not the best steak--on the Strip. Each bite is full of flavor, making the slightly heftier price tag ($82, $80 for Total Rewards members) well worth every penny. Old Homestead also features a selection of American Wagyu and Japanese 'A5' Wagyu steaks for those really looking to splurge on some quality beef, though all of the steaks on the menu are sure to wow taste buds.
