Steakhouses: Offering prime cuts of beef charred to perfection, Strip House is arguably Sin City's most sensual steakhouse. The double entendre name refers to the restaurant's signature cut of steak as well as the series of early 1900s Studio Manasse black-and-white nudes that amplify the sultry ambiance. Further setting the mood for romance, the steakhouse recently introduced a late-night "Strip Tease" menu that's perfect for guests after seeing a show or before hitting the club. Starting at $59 per person and available from 9 p.m. until close, the menu showcases three of the steakhouse's signature dishes, including a freshly tossed Caesar salad, a 16-ounce dry-aged 1855 Heritage New York Strip carved tableside and a Baked Alaska flambéed before your eyes. Guests also can enhance their dining experience by adding a wine pairing for each course or a Jumbo Shrimp Cocktail. It's the perfect late-night menu for couples and discerning diners alike.
